Vintage Carrying Case - "Train Case"
This lovely zippered case has a handle on top, interior pockets, is fully lined and supported by substantial interfacing. The class fee includes the interfacings and zipper needed. Instructor Cassandra Beaver will lead you through each step. Called a train case because it easily stowed under your seat or in the overhead rack while riding a long distance train. The pattern comes in three sizes - we'll make the medium size case.
Skills learned include cutting fabric according to pattern, zipper installation, making and installing your own piping, lining, pockets and interfacing.
